What Ryno stores
Ryno stores your username, guest status and a password hash. The recovery code is stored as a hash, too. A hash lets the server check a secret without storing its readable value.
The service also stores your coin balance, coin entries, game inputs and results, verification records, pause deadline and support messages. These records let games finish, explain coin changes and handle support requests.
Browser storage
A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out or changing your password invalidates older sessions. Browser storage keeps preferences such as sound, favourites, recent games and football display choices.
The current app does not collect payment details or use a verified email address. No advertising or third-party analytics service is installed in the reviewed source.
Support and access
Support messages and replies stay in your account. Do not include passwords, recovery codes or payment details. The operator can read tickets and add replies through its support tool.
Use a support ticket to request access, a correction or deletion. The operator must confirm identity before changing someone else's account. An automatic deletion process and a reply deadline have not been set.
Outside services
Some game libraries load from jsDelivr and cdnjs. Your browser contacts these services when those libraries load, which shares connection details such as your IP address. The hosting provider and its logging practices still need to be confirmed.
How long records stay
Records currently remain in the service database. The app has no automatic retention schedule. The operator must approve a retention period, deletion process and backup policy before this notice is final.
Before this notice is final
The operator must confirm its identity, home country, hosting and service providers, retention periods, applicable privacy rules and how it will answer account-data requests. This draft does not promise compliance in every country.
